Purchases

Founder Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. If you already purchased it, open the Premium screen in the app and tap Restore purchases. Purchase and refund processing is handled by Apple or Google.

Account and route help

Sign in with the same Apple or Google account originally used in the app.
Location permission is optional; you can type both ends of a route manually.
If a route fails, retry after checking your network connection.

Account deletion

Delete your account from the app's Logbook settings, or follow the account-deletion instructions.
